The tidy, two-paned interface isn't the least bit confusing. You simply select which drive to scan in the left window, and the program lists all the deleted files it finds on the right. We were impressed with Recover4All Professional's scan speed, as it processed about 10, files in 15 seconds.

The application displays filename, size, and chances of recovery, but neglects to include a date, so we could never figure out how far back in time the scans covered. We turned to the help files for guidance and were annoyed to find they weren't accessible from directly within the application.

When we finally located them in the installation ZIP archive, we still couldn't find our answer. Also, don't plan on recovering MP3s or other large files with the demo, as it only resurrects files 10K and smaller. Nevertheless, this program makes a quality safeguard for just about any type of user.
