Graduates of the BSC Nursing program direct entry shall proceed for a one year internship program. The Master of Science in nursing degree Programme shall take a minimum of 2 academic years. The degree shall be offered by course work, examination, practical assessment and thesis.

The course work shall comprise of a series of lectures, demonstration, seminars, case presentations, discussions, tutorials, practical sessions and educational field trips. During the first two semesters, the student will take 11 core units. The third semester the students will go for a practical experience for 14 weeks and undertake a practical examination. During the second year the student will take 4 specialized units, carry out research and rotate in the clinical area of specialization.
