Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry but I was directed here by your Windows Live people. I've never had to use Windows Live before. Bulletstorm is the first game that hasn't let me just bypass the login requirement and play offline which is all I want to do.

All the other games that have a Windows Live component I have just ignored in the past. For online gaming I pretty much just still play BF2 which has its own server connection capability.

I don't play online with Windows Live. Many players tend to have issues with GFWL because of their account not being used often, their account has a "two phase" login, or a mismatch GFWL build. I went to the main menu and configured the game 7 restarted game and have been playing for the last 3 hours. I hardly have any issues with GFWL. I sometimes get a weird disconnect at times but other than that im fine.

But I did exacly as Nucloid did and it worked.. I was expecting the game to not start at all or GFWL not letting me play the game like most reviews on Steam.. I was very surprised it worked and got so happy :D I would play it now but it's 2 a. My issue turned out to be that I have turned on two-factor authentication on my Microsoft account and GFWL doesn't work with two-factor.

I had to generate an "App Password" inside my settings. Also it should be noted that the GWFL login in the game doesn't allow pasting from the clip board and also is fullscreen by default. You might make sure you have the password visible on a second screen or write it down so you can enter it by hand.

Sign out, tell it you want to create a new account, then scroll down to make a local account, but you lose all the online features like "achievements" and multiplayer. Ray AP2 - See, there's no way you're as big a loser as me. I've done as the above post suggested but every time I want to start it forces me to login, now I do have a local account but it says that it's an offline account and won't allow me to go any further unless I create an online account.

This actually happens automatically when there is no internet connection available on your computer when you click 'sign in' for your LIVE account. This allows the user to still have access to their saved games, get achievements, etc while they may not have a connection to the internet. However since these accounts can't connect to LIVE they are unable to play multiplayer, gain achievements, use downloadable content, etc.

Bulletstorm requires the profile to be able to connect to LIVE in order to play the game and to have a registered 5x5 key that was included with the game. However this does not mean that you can't play single player with that profile in the 'offline' mode described 2 paragraphs above.

So if you are out and about traveling or don't have a reliable internet connection you can still enjoy Bulletstorm's single player experience. I hope that clears up some confusion that there has been about this.

Note that an offline GFWL account will not let you play online. But you should be able to play single player mode without any issues whatsoever. It will Save With No Problem's. Hopfully SkidRow will be better Next Game. That's wrong I did the update that came with it and all that and the game works but no saving.
